Maybe a stupid question

Hi. I just installed Throttle Launcher, and i am very impressed with what I have seen so for. I have downloaded 2 themes and for the life of me I cannot get to unzip the zipped folders in windows vista. So the stupid question is, are the TouchFlo 3D and Hero2 theme downloads really zip folders? How can install these themes into my Throttle Launcher application on my Xperia X1 with a clean WM6.5?

Please help?

You have to unzip(download winrar) the file and copy the TouchFlo3D folder to "program files/ThrottleLauncher/setups/"

This is not a stupid question but stupid Vista!
TF3D is a cab-file, not a zip-file. Vista will show both file-types as compressed files.

Yes! if its a cab just copy to your device and with file explorer click it.
