Well I loved Throttle Lock, it worked great for a while, then I decided to try Launcher. I don't know what it is, but TL and Omnia don't play nice. It works flawlessly for a while, but it seems that when you run programs other than Throttle ones, the Launcher home screen (I was using Light 3D) Won't show up, won't scroll, the widgets won't load or something else. I tried three times, install, run, uninstall, install, run, tweak and uninstall with no avail. I'm sad to see it go, but it was a great Shell for a while.

As for Lock. The issue seemed to be in the /windows/startup. Whatever Lock installed there didn't actually create a link to the .exe. I tried fixing that but every time I reset the phone it would default somehow. Cool unlock program, I really liked it. I guess it just didn't like my phone.

One thing I didn't like about Launcher (for future reference) was the 9.8K it took to run it. Not a large footprint, but it could be leaned out a bit I think.

Anyways overall 9.0 of 10! Really liked Launcher... just wish it played better with my phone...
