0.9.5c Public testing

TESTING
This is a new version of ThrottleLauncher 0.9.5c. It try to solve some startup issues and add's a new method to try to save some RAM.
Instalation:
- Install the CAB.
- Go to ThrottleConfig and select the theme in the combo (do this even if it's already selected)
- Reload the plugin
Please note this is an untested version. The stable one is the one provided in the link above. Also, please post feedback on how this one works.

Another version that includes autounload option for plugins. If you place autounload="true" on a plugin element it will be unloading saving memory when you exit the page . Do not use this if you want the plugin to update in background and you want a quick response when changing to the plugin page...

Use the patched weather.xml to save memory if you're using WeatherPanel .

You should not . Use the lattest 1.0 RC available at the web... With 0.9.5 most of the new themes and features will not work .
