VGN has release a great ROM forTyTN II called Pegasus HD. It's in Spanish and ofcourse it contains ThrottleLauncher 0.9.6 .

  if you installed throttlelock and you activate it
  how can you deactivate it or how can you delete it if you dont want it anymorge
