Throttle Lock 0.7 Configuration Guide
Throttle Lock 0.7 introduces several new features and a re-vamped configuration interface. The interface is such a huge change from 0.6 that a "guide" needed to be written for it to help people new to this application, or using this new version, can get a handle on the config features.
Please feel free to edit as needed, I tried to keep this as simple as possible.
